The Heatec HCI thermal fluid heater design centers on a helical heating coil, made in-house by Heatec to your exact requirements. The heater coil contains thermal fluid, which is heated by the heater’s fired burner via radiation and convection. The hot thermal fluid can then transfer its heat to another piece (or pieces) of process equipment in your plant or facility, depending on your thermal fluid circuit. Heatec’s thermal fluid heaters are available in a two or three pass design and can be configured horizontally or vertically to save floor space. These industrial heaters are easy to maintain and have very long working lives.
